<p>The present D7.5 report describes the initial version of the Exploitation &amp; Business Innovation Development Plans of PHYSICS project with the contributions of all partners and stakeholders integrated in a coherent vision able to transform a set of proof of concepts and artefacts at different maturity levels in an effective business value proposition tuned to the needs of the FaaS cloud computing sector and ecosystem. This deliverable sets up the general approach and the methodology to be followed during the rest of the project lifespan and the project’s commercialization strategy, with special focus on the project’s market platform, the identification of the exploitable items, the solutions/services that will be provided, the business models and monetization strategies of the services of the market platform. The purpose of the deliverable is to identify and present potential business models for the PHYSICS exploitable results. One of the key challenges faced by the PHYSICS project is to ensure sustainability beyond the existing funding of the project. Dealing with this challenge requires an actionable exploitation plan underpinned by a set of robust business models.</p>

<p>PHYSICS empowers European CSPs (Cloud Service Providers) to exploit the most modern, scalable cost- effective cloud model (i.e., Function as a Service (FaaS)), operated across multiple service &amp; hardware types, provider lThis deliverable presents a comprehensive plan for communication, dissemination and standardization plan and activities within the PHYSICS H2020 project. The document describes the mix of channels, tools, and activities for reaching the PHYSICS target audience and objectives. This includes a combination of synchronous (e.g., to be present at conferences, clustering with other projects and participation or event creations) and asynchronous approaches (e.g., newsletters, social media tactics etc.). The purpose of this document is to describe the communication, dissemination and standardization activities conducted so far with scheduling and coordination between all participants of the project and to outline forthcoming activities. The deliverable describes objectives, actions and the strategy that implemented in order to reach and engage the stakeholders and describes all relevant activities held during months 1 to 12 of the project. These tactics will be continually updated in order to achieve the project’s ambitious KPIs and to take into account the evolution of the project’s developments and results.</p>

<p>PHYSICS empowers European CSPs (Cloud Service Providers) to exploit the most modern, scalable cost- effective cloud model (i.e., Function as a Service (FaaS)), operated across multiple service &amp; hardware types, provider locations, edge and multi-cloud resources. To this end, it applies a unified continuum approach, including functional &amp; operational management across sites and service stacks, performance through the relativity of space (location of execution) &amp; time (of execution), enhanced by the semantics of application components and services. In order to successfully disseminate and make available PHYSICS’s results, dissemination activities and communication of results during the whole project implementation are important to be presented to the public. Thus, dissemination and communication activities will take place during the three (3)-years duration of the project.</p>

<p>The scope of this first WP7 deliverable (D7.1) is to present the following:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>The communication channels that have been set up to establish the project’s web presence, including the project’s website and the social media channels of the project (i.e., Twitter, LinkedIn).</li><li>The initial set of materials that has been produced to show the visual identity of the PHYSICS project as well as the initiation of communication materials introduced in the first two (2) months. . These materials will serve as a basis for implementing the project’s branding strategy. They were already used when establishing the project’s web channels.</li><li>The project’s dissemination and communication mechanisms, which will allow the project to achieve its ambitious dissemination and communication targets.</li></ul>
