The PHYSICS consortium cordially invites you to the external stakeholders evaluation with the topic “Strategies for enhancing application modernization in the serverless cloud/edge era,” which aims to showcase the three pilot applications of the PHYSICS project.
The PHYSICS project focuses on the implementation of Function as a Service (FaaS) in serverless computing, which emphasizes the development of individual functions or business logic, and is scalable and efficient. The PHYSICS project has identified three pilot partners from key industries: Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Agriculture.
The external stakeholders evaluation workshop aims to present the project’s outputs to external communities and demonstrate how they can be utilized. Participants will have the opportunity to witness the implementation of the FaaS model in each pilot application and to clarify open questions and give feedback afterwards.
The workshop will cover the following subjects:
- 10:00 – 10:10 CET General overview of PHYSICS project and platform
- 10:00 – 11:40 CET Presentation of use cases: eHealth, smart Manufacturing, and smart Agriculture
- 11:40 – 12:00 CET Wrap-up & end of the workshop
