<p>PHYSICS is a project that aims at delivering a complete vertical solution offering an advanced cloud application environment to translate created application workflow to deployable functional sequences, based on the Function as a Service model, optimizing their placement across multi-Cloud sources exploiting the computational space-time continuum as well as advanced semantics. <br><br>This deliverable reports the overall progress of project from M1 to M12. It includes the status of the work done along with explanations of the work carried out at WP level, innovation potential analysis, risk and contingency actions with comments on the occurred risks, and deviations from the workplan. It also serves as input for the technical reporting of the upcoming first project review. Further versions of the deliverable will include comments about the previous project reviews as well as information about financial reporting of Partners.</p>

<p>The Data Management Plan (DMP) describes the data management life cycle for the data to be collected and processed in the PHYSICS project. This document includes information on: <br> Data generated by the PHYSICS project, their type, origin, and re-usability. <br> FAIR Data3, meaning Findability, Accessibility, Interoperability and Reusability of Data. How data are treated in PHYSICS in respect to such principles. GAIA-X is also mentioned in respect to PHYSICS objectives. <br> Data Security and how data are stored and curated. <br> The PHYSICS Ethical Strategy is to depict ethical procedures, roles, and the oversight responsibilities. The DMP is intended to be a living document in which information shall be detailed on a granular level as the project progresses, based on the actual implementation and level of maturity. New versions will be delivered at M24 and M36, and an additional one may be delivered prior to the mid-term project review, if needed.</p>

<p>This document, the Risk Management and Quality Plan of the PHYSICS Project, Deliverable D1.1, provides the procedures for risks and quality management to be followed throughout the project. It focuses on how to identify and monitor potential project risks as well as describe the steps and actions needed to be set up and implement appropriate contingency plans. It also outlines rules, mechanisms and processes that are established in order to maintain the expected quality level in the whole project structure and its outcomes. The document presents also the tools used within the project, such as the official PHYSICS APP, and their usage. The risk management procedures in the PHYSICS project consist of the identification analysis, categorization, and mitigation or resolution of risk scenarios, to clearly define the likelihood and impact of them and then act for resolution by implementing the best identified strategy. Risks will then be registered, tracked and monitored by the responsible of the resolution action(s). All risks and plans will be documented in the risk register, an updated database present both in the PHYSICS APP and the PHYSICS Repository.</p>
